What payment methods are accepted? 

We currently accept PayPal as the only payment method.

What shipping methods are available? 

We use FedEx/USPS/UPS for express delivery within the USA.

When will my order ship?

When you place your order, you will get a confirmation email. Once the order is packed and ready for shipment (1-1 business days), you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.Usually, you can receive your package within 3-7 business days after we ship it, depending on the courier service.

Can I ship outside the Continental US?

We only ship within the Continental United States and can ship to APO or FPO addresses.We do not offer international shipping.

What are the shipping costs?

$3.5 per order.

Any additional taxes or fees? 

We do not collect tax on any orders.

How do I track my order?

After the shipment, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, and you can check this tracking number on our order tracking page.

How can I cancel my order?

If the order has been shipped out, it cannot be edited or cancelled. If it’s a business day, please cancel the order before 10:30 AM EST, as orders on business days are shipped after 10:30 AM EST.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives with visible damage to the box, refuse delivery and notify us by emailing.

I have received defective or incomplete item.

If you have received an item that is not to your satisfaction, please contact Customer Service.

I returned my items, when will I receive a refund?

Once your return is received, we will begin the refund process and a credit will be issued within 3 business days.Â
